In Bahrain, the company employs a total of 620 staff comprising engineers, office staff, supervisory staff and productive manpower.

In Qatar, the company operates since Dec. 2002 and employs a total of 250 staff which includes engineers, office staff, supervisory staff and productive manpower.

In Oman, office opened in May 2005. Commercial registration received in August 2005.

In UAE, the company’s foreign shareholder Cegelec is able to provide additional resources and special expertise through their Abu Dhabi office which employs approx. 250 staff including 30 designer.

In Kuwait, the company is sponsored by RAFIF General Trading & Contracting Company.

Quality in the operation and services provided by the company has always been a high priority since its operation. In April, 1993, COMSIP AL A'ALI became the first company in Bahrain to be certified to ISO 9002 Quality Management System.
